[GCC-XML] Using gccxml with VS2013 (msvc12)

Hello Kitware,


We have used gccxml to generate xml from header files, we have used the
VS2008 compilers(msvc9)

Now we have upgraded to VS2013(msvc12) but we cannot get gccxml to work
with this compiler?

How can we setup gccxml to work with msvc12 ?
